Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, the minimum for 1 or 2 color printing is 12, 3,4,5 and 6 color printing is 36.
What is your turn around time?
About two weeks, although we offer rush service for an additional fee.
Do you offer art services?
Yes, we have several artist that do work for us. We have the ability to copy your design or logo exactly or custom design something for you.
Do you require a deposit?
All 1st time orders must Pre-Pay, but all re-orders require a deposit of 50%. Balance is due when the order is picked up. We will also accept a purchase order or Credit upo approval.
Do you accept checks or credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa.
Do I have to come in to place an order?
No, you can also place your order by phone, fax or email. You WILL need to come in to proof your design before it goes to press.
Do you do embroidery?
Yes, we offer embroidery, but it is not done in this shop.
Do you do heat transfers?
We have heat transfer letters and numbers for jerseys, we carry some heat transfer images.
How many colors can you print?
We can print up to six (6) colors on each image. Call if additional colors are needed
Can customers proof the final design before printing?
Yes, you MUST proof your design before printing.
Do you deliver?
Pick up at our office in Bellevue, or arrange for a courier, or we can ship items by UPS.
Is the printing done on the premises?
Yes, and you are welcome to visit us anytime.
Technical Questions
What format should artwork be submitted in?
Artwork should be MAC Format - Freehand 9 or Adobe Illustrator 8 or lower.
If submitted in Adobe Photoshop the art must be a high resolution 300-600 dpi. Each of the colors of the design must be saved as their own layer and in all black and named.
Can artwork be submitted on a disk or e-mailed?
Yes, as long as the disk is MAC formatted, and the file is an acceptable type.
if JPEG, TIFF, or GIFF files are sent a 50$ art charge may be assessed if they need converted.
What computer programs do you use?
Freehand 9, Adobe photoshop 5.5, Adobe Illistrator 8.0, and Freehand 8.
Do you need color separations?
Yes. Multi-color images need to be mechanically color separated (each color printed in black and white on a separate sheet of paper or film). If you don't have the means to produce separations, we can provide them for a fee.
Do you accept CMYK separations?
Call for details.
Can you match PMS colors?
Yes, but there is a color matching fee.
How big can an image be printed?
The maximum imprint area on adult size shirts is 14" wide x 14" high. Left/Right chest prints are usually 4" wide.
Can customers supply their own screens?
No.
Do customers own their screens?
No, the screen fee is a labor charge which covers the set-up and cleaning of the screens.

Do you only print t-shirts?
No, we also print sweats, golf shirts, Henleys, team jerseys, shorts, tote bags, aprons etc.
Do you sell unprinted items?
Yes.
T's are 3$ and up, Sweatshirts are 10$ and up, Hoodies are 10$ and up, and Polos are 10$ and up.
What brands do you carry?
Our most popular brands are Hanes, Fruit of the Loom and Jerzees, but we also carry products by Lee, Gildan, Outer Banks, Anvil, Oneita, Augusta, Badger and others.
Do you have a catalog?
Yes, our free catalog is now available. To get one, come by our office, call, fax or e-mail us your address.
Do you sell pre-printed shirts?
Yes, we have pre-printed items from out catolog for sale, qty and availability varies.
What sizes are available?
Most items are available in adult sizes S (33-36), M (38-30), L (32-33), XL (36-38), XXL (50-52), XXXL (53-56) and youth sizes XS (2-3), S (6-8), M (10-12), L (13-16)
What's the difference between 50/50 and 100% cotton?
The all cotton shirts are heavier, softer and more vibrant, but both are quality shirts as far as printability, shrinkage and fading. It's really a matter of preference.
Do you have samples for customers to compare?
Yes, we have samples of most items and colors at our office in Bellevue.
