Do you have a minimum order?

There is no minimum order however, prices are based on type of shirt, print locations, print colors, and quantity.

What is your turn around time?

About two weeks, although we offer rush service for an additional fee.

Do you offer art services?

Yes, we have several artist that do work for us. We have the ability to copy your design or logo exactly or custom design something for you.

Do you require a deposit?

All 1st time orders must Pre-Pay, but all re-orders require a
deposit of 50%. Balance is due when the order is picked up.
We also accept a purchase order or terms upon approval.

Do you accept checks or credit cards?

Yes, we accept checks and Mastercard and Visa.

Do I have to come in to place an order?

No, you can also place your order by phone, fax or email.
You WILL need to proof your design before it goes to press (this can be done in person or via email).

Do you do embroidery?

Yes, we offer embroidery, but it is not done in this shop.

Do you do heat transfers?

We do offer heat transfer however, heat transfer letters and numbers are ordered per job and have a 2-3 week turn around.

How many colors can you print?

We can print up to six (6) colors on each image. Call if additional colors are needed.

Can customers proof the final design before printing?

Yes, you MUST proof your design before printing.

Do you deliver?

Pick up at our office in Bellevue, or arrange for a courier, or we can ship items by UPS.

Is the printing done on the premises?

Yes, and you are welcome to visit us anytime.
